no circumstances do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions
about you personally.
Disclosure of data
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than

-
you have given your express consent to this pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1
lit. a GDPR,

Cookies
We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser automatically
creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar)
when you visit our site. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device and do not
contain viruses, trojans or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that
arises in connection with the specific device used. However, this does not mean that
we thereby obtain direct knowledge of your identity. The use of cookies serves, on
the one hand, to make the use of our offering more pleasant for you. For example, we
use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual
pages of our website. These are deleted automatically after you leave our site. In
addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimize user friendliness, which are
stored on your device for a specific defined period. If you visit our site again to
use our services, it is automatically recognized that you have already been with us
and which entries and settings you have made so that you do not have to enter them
again. The data processed by cookies is necessary for the purposes mentioned to
safeguard our legitimate interests and those of third parties pursuant to Art. 6 para.
1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you
can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or so that
a notice always appears before a new cookie is created. Complete deactivation of
cookies may, however, mean that you cannot use all functions of our website.
SSL encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as
inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption.
You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address line
changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If
SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third
parties.
Hyperlinks to other websites
If our internet pages contain links to other websites and to social networks (e.g.
Facebook, XING, Google Plus, LinkedIn, Twitter), please note the following
information: We do not monitor these websites and are responsible neither for their
content nor for their handling of personal data. Our websites do not use social media
plug-ins.
Right to object
Where your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests under
Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right, pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR,
to object to the processing of your personal data where there are grounds relating to
your particular situation or where the objection is directed against direct
advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will
implement without requiring you to state a particular situation. If you wish to make
use of your right of withdrawal or objection, an email to
datenschutz@omnio-consulting.com
